About Q'ero Restaurant

Q'ero Restaurant is a third-generation family business dedicated to the craft of cooking and bringing the community together in various ways. Everything is made in-house. The recipes have been passed down through many generations of the family and through friends made traveling. The owner Monica and her mother, Carmen, lived and grew up with their father and husband - Eugene Szepesy. Eugene is a diplomat, so the family moved around every four years with her siblings and sons, Michael and Jim Szepesy, to seven different countries to form their family's unique cuisine. Now the son of Monica, Nikola Szepesy Ortega, 21, is stepping in to run the show and spread the knowledge of Peruvian cuisine to the unfortunate people who have never had the opportunity to try delicious Peruvian food.
